Hilton Vacation Club Cypress Pointe Orlando

Oh no I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this hotel The staff was incredibly friendly The rooms were super clean and the amenities were numerous! Amnon checked me in and made me feel like I was part of the family! This will probably be my first choice of hotel going forward for the Orlando area! My only complaint was there was an issue with the water pressure in the master suite of our room but I didn't care enough to say anything. The mattresses were harder than I expected. And the decor might be a little outdated but still super cozy and atleast modern adjacent (2010's vibes) Even with those three things I cannot wait to take my daughter here on her first disney adventure!

Let’s be honest this is a timeshare so they try and get you to do the presentations. I politely said no the three times they messaged me. Easy to find, great location close to the parks. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. We stayed in a 3 bed/3 bath with 6 adults and two under two. There was plenty of space for all of us. Decor was a bit old but everything was in great condition so no complaints. My only complaint was we didn’t have 3 spaces for parking and had to park two cars in the adjacent property which was a bit of a hassle with two littles at night. But with that said I would say give it a chance as we were not disappointed. Great little playground behind the pool for the little ones to play at.

Stayed with this property 2 days for a conference. The service was great, rooms were clean (adjoining door area not well insulated for sound) and the public facilities, especially the gym area (see photos) were very nice. Look forward to my return trip in the fall.

Recently went on a vacation with our family of 7. We loved the 3 bedroom adjoining feature, was spacious enough for all of us. I also really loved how clean the pool and the pool area was! This was our second time utilizing our timeshare that had a pool, the first place we stayed at wasn’t clean at all! This one looked brand new it was so clean! It’s close to everything as well, about 10-15 min drive to major theme parks and shopping centers, you can also walk nearby to restaurants if you want, about 10 mins. Highly recommend and would love to return!

The resort is clean and the staff are nice. Lots of amenities and you can walk to Wawa, Walgreens, Winn Dixie and multiple restaurants. However, as others have said, it needs sound proofing. You can hear every conversation, tv playing, foot step, cough, toilet flushing, phone alarm, trash and recycling being brought in and out and every other noise you can imagine. If you only need to sleep from 2-5 am (the only time it seemed to be quiet) then it’s the perfect resort for you.

Good, quiet resort close to all the things. Spacious, clean rooms. Pool is big, splash pad, hot tub. There are activities like blackjack, ping pong, glitter tattoos. Recommended especially if you are visiting multiple theme park brands.

The room would have got 5 stars but it has an adjoining room. You can literally see light around the door frame. The people next door were really loud too. Apart from this it is clean and well taken care of by the hard working and friendly staff. The pool was great, very clean and the water the warmest I have swam in for years.

We booked this hotel almost without reading reviews, and after checking them on Google Maps a few weeks before the trip, I was honestly nervous (noise, hot water issues, not great for rest). Thankfully, our experience was the complete opposite. We traveled as a group of four (three adults and one minor) and the apartment-style unit was incredibly comfortable: two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, individual beds, and fully adjustable AC/heat (which was great because Orlando unexpectedly got very cold). The unit is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and an iron, which made the stay extremely convenient. Noise wasn’t an issue for us—only minor sounds from neighbors on one day. The only downside is the lack of elevators, but the hotel provides luggage carts, so it was manageable. Great location (10–15 minutes from the parks), free parking (first come, first served), and very friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Orlando!
